This course will assist you to understand what can, to the outsider, seem a bewildering array of organisations, terminology and frameworks. In practice (and with a few ‘keys to navigation’) the vocational education and training framework presents itself as a unified and coherent system, one that is integral to the understanding and development of workplace training in Australia.

The course covers the following:
*Element 1 - Work within the vocational education and training policy framework
*Element 2 - Work within the training and/or assessment organisation’s quality framework
*Element 3 - Manage work and work relationships
*Element 4 - Demonstrate a client focused approach to work.
