In this course you will address the knowledge, skills and attitudes embedded in effectively promoting an inclusive learning culture - a culture of learning that is both respectful of difference, and promoting of access for all learners.

You will address the responsibilities of all of those involved in the training and/or assessment organisation. You will examine the responsibilities inherent in promoting a positive and inclusive learning culture which actively acknowledges, respects and builds on individual differences, and which integrates principles which underpin inclusivity into all learning and/or assessment strategies. By ‘inclusivity’, we mean inclusive in practice in relation to both clients and colleagues.

*Element 3 - Develop and implement work strategies to support inclusivity
*Element 4 - Promote a culture of learning

*Element 5 - Monitor and improve work practices.
