Description

Knowing how to design and develop learning programs provides underpinning knowledge and skills for planning, organising and facilitating group-based delivery. In these chapters you will gain competency for the units TAADES402A, TAADEL401A and TAADEL402A. To demonstrate delivery of training to a group, based on specific evidence requirements, you will be required to upload some assessment tasks along the way and submit supporting evidence after the delivery of training. For each group training session you will need to provide: self evaluation; participant evaluation; observer evaluation and a video of at least 5 mins. duration.
The three units and associated elements are:
TAADES402A - Design and develop learning programs:
*Element 1: Define the parameters of the learning program in consultation with the client's
*Element 2: Generate options for designing the learning program
*Element 3: Develop the learning program content
*Element 4: Design the structure of the learning program
*Element 5: Review the learning program
TAADEL401A - Plan and organise group-based delivery:
*Element 1: Interpret the learning environment and delivery requirements
*Element 2: Prepare session plans
*Element 3: Prepare resources needed for delivery
TAADEL402A - Facilitate group-based learning:
*Element 1: Establish an environment conducive to group learning
*Element 2: Deliver and facilitate training sessions
*Element 3: Demonstrate effective facilitation skills
*Element 4: Support and monitor learning
*Element 5: Review and evaluate effectiveness of delivery.
